Cleco supports Central Louisiana Community Foundation
Invests $400,000 in central Louisiana parishes
PINEVILLE, La. - June 14, 2022 – Cleco Power donated $400,000 to the Central Louisiana Community Foundation to support and fund projects across the 10 parishes in the central part of the state.
The fund will enhance Cleco’s support of nonprofits that align with the company’s community impact areas of STEM education, youth programs, health and wellness, low-income initiatives and diversity.
“With 17 offices, nearly 800 employees and over 100,000 customers in the 10-parish coverage area, Cleco is an integral part of the central Louisiana community,” said Bill Fontenot, president and CEO of Cleco Corporate Holdings. “And this donation will contribute to the well-being of our customers in central Louisiana.”
