Employee Transfers Per 18 C.F.R.37.6
With respect to employees engaged in transmission, reliability or wholesale merchant functions, notice of each such employee transferring between one of the Cleco Companies will be posted on an Internet Web site, following the guidelines under section 37.6 of the Commission's regulations, 18 C.F. R. 37.6 (2003). The information posted must include: the name of the division and the effective date of the transfer. This information will remain on the Internet Web site for 90 days. Notices of any employee transfer to or from transmission system operations or reliability functions must be posted on the OASIS as provided in Section 37.6(g)(3). The posting must include the name of the transferring employee, the respective titles held while performing each function, and the effective date of the transfer. The posting for such personnel transfers will be posted in the Personnel Summary section under the Notices tab on the Cleco node of the OATI OASIS at http://www.oatioasis.com/. A digital certificate with valid login credentials will be required to access this site.
