This facility of general office space is shared by Cleco Power's transmission provider division and Cleco Evangeline (access restricted by card keys). 

Cleco Power and Cleco Power Marketer Affiliates have adequate procedures in place assuring the Cleco Power Marketer affiliates' employees, computer systems, applications, or databases do not have preferential access to Cleco Power's transmission information as required by Standards of Conduct, as provided in 18 CFR Part 37 or have access to non-public information as prohibited by the Codes of Conduct. Cleco has zero tolerance for violation of these procedures.
