Impact studies may be requested by e-mail or mail for studies preformed before September 2007. All studies conducted after September 2007, are posted on the secure Cleco Power OASIS node. Click on the Contact Us link and select Interconnections and OATT Business to send your request via e-mail. To submit your request by mail, please include your return address, phone number and transmission service request number and mail it to the address below. c/o Cleco Transmission Operations
