If you experience a power outage, call Cleco at 1-800-622-6537 to report it as soon as possible. To report any other service problem such as a tree on a power line or any other type of safety hazard, call Cleco's toll-free number. Cleco does not schedule work orders on weekends or holidays. Any order placed for a weekend or holiday will be automatically re-dated for the next available work day.
