Q1: What generation-related ancillary services are the Seller required to provide?
A1: The Cleco Power OATT states that "Ancillary Services" are those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider's Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practices.? From a generators perspective, it's the normal MVAR support the generator provides while generating the capacity and energy.
