EEI Testing
Cleco Corporation is committed to obtaining a diverse, motivated, high-performance workforce to meet the needs of our business and ensure the future success of the company. For certain positions the following Selection System tests are given: * CAST (line mechanic, substation electrician, and other similar positions) * MASS (plant electrician, instrument & control repair, and plant insulation workers positions) * POSS (plant technician positions) * SOPD (system operator and power dispatcher positions) The Selection System is used to help us consistently select qualified individuals for jobs. These selection systems are a series of aptitude tests which are proven to be fair and objective. Applicants who are interested in jobs that require more of these tests are invited to review practice tests. Please note the practice test will be slightly different from the actual test.
