Existing Electric Service
If your location has existing electric service, up to 2-5 days will be needed to meet requirements for connecting with Cleco. Call 1-800-622-6537 or visit a Cleco customer service office to arrange electric service connection. You may also use the link at the bottom of this page to arrange for electric service using our online form. Even though your location currently has electric service, some permits may be required before Cleco can begin providing you with power. A Cleco customer service representative can help you determine which local authorities to call for this information. Please review the location with an existing service/meter requirements .
