Wholesale Rates and Tariffs

On Dec. 31, 2000, Cleco Utility Group Inc. reorganized from a corporation to a limited liability company by means of a merger with and into Cleco Power LLC. Cleco Power LLC adopted, ratified, and made its own in every respect all applicable rate schedules, and supplements that were filed at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC Order 614 compliance) by Cleco Utility Group Inc. Affected tariffs and rate schedules are posted below.
