Cleco Corp. Announces Webcast of 2009 Fourth-Quarter Results

PINEVILLE, La., Feb. 1, 2010 - Cleco Corp. (NYSE: CNL) will host a live webcast of its 2009 fourth-quarter earnings conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. Central Time) on Friday, Feb. 26, 2010. To listen to the live webcast, go to the company's Web site atwww.cleco.com, select "For Investors" and "Cleco Corporation Fourth-Quarter Earnings Conference Call."

The call will follow distribution of the company's fourth-quarter earnings news release after the market closes on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010.

Cleco President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Madison and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Darren Olagues will host the conference call.
