Cleco sponsors LHSAA Girls Basketball Marsh Madness

PINEVILLE, La. – Feb. 19, 2019 – For the second consecutive year, Cleco is partnering with the Alexandria/Pineville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau to bring the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) Girls Basketball Championship Tournament to the Rapides Parish Coliseum beginning Feb. 25 through March 2. 

“Marsh Madness supports athletes across Louisiana, and highlights the central Louisiana community,” said Ron Smith, Cleco manager of origination and retail retention.  “We’re proud to sponsor the event and promote central Louisiana.”

“We’re happy to be partnering with Cleco for the second year,” said Karen Hoyt, LHSAA assistant executive director.  “We appreciate all of their support in helping us have a very successful event.”
