Are any text commands available?
The following text commands are available:
- NICK – give your account an easy name to remember
- OUT – report an outage from your registered cell phone
- STAT – check the status of a power outage
- BAL – check the balance and bill due date for an account
- PAUSE – temporarily pause your notifications
- RESUME – resume text notifications after they have been paused
- HELP – receive the available commands and a website address for more information

Yes, you can stop receiving text notification at any time. Text “STOP” to 69378.
NOTE: This service is provided free of charge from Cleco; however, text messaging and data rates may apply.

Do you have a “Do Not Disturb Time Range?”
Billing-related notifications will be sent between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. However outage alerts are sent as outages occur. If you would like to set up a do not disturb time range, log into your MyAccount and click on "Notifications." You may set a different do not disturb time range for each phone number or email address.
