Request Service/Report Problem

Use the forms below to make various service requests electronically. To report any other service problem such as a tree on a power line or any other type of safety hazard, call Cleco at 1-800-622-6537. Cleco does not schedule work orders on weekends or holidays.  Any order placed for a weekend or holiday will be automatically re-dated for the next available work day.

Please review the requirements to connect at a location with existing service or a new location requiring service.

   Turn On Service - New Customers

      Use this form if you are a first-time residential customer or business customer and need service turned on at an existing location.

      

 

   Transfer Service - Existing Customers

      Use this form if you are moving from one location to another within our service area and need to get the service put in your name.

      

 

   Turn Off Service

      Use this form if you need to turn off the service to your residence or business. If you are moving from one location to another within our service area, please use the Transfer Service Form instead.

      

 

   Report Streetlight/Dusk-to-Dawn Light Out

      Use this form to request that a streetlight or dusk-to-dawn light be repaired.
