If the project is expected to generate sufficient electricity use, Cleco may cover the full cost of the line extension. Timelines vary based on project complexity and location. Your Account Manager will provide a timeline after your site is evaluated. -
Do I need to hire my own electrician or contractor?
You will need to coordinate with a licensed electrical contractor for any behind-the-meter infrastructure. Cleco typically will install any utility infrastructure up to the meter point. -
Why should I switch from diesel to electric?
