
Peggy Scott
She previously served as the executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana (BCBS) and chief strategy officer. Prior to BCBS, Scott was an office managing partner with Deloitte and held executive positions in the United States and with international companies where she led transformations, growth strategies and operations in seven foreign countries.
Scott was named one of the 10 Outstanding Young Women of America, featured in the Wall Street Journal as National Financial Executive of the Year and inducted into the American Institute of CPAs Hall of Fame. She is in the Louisiana State University (LSU) Alumni Hall of Distinction, LSU's highest honor, a Tulane Outstanding Alumnus and was awarded a presidential citation.
She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from LSU and an MBA from Tulane University. Scott also is a CPA and certified in Valuations/Forensics.

Andrew Chapman
Prior to joining MIRA, Chapman held executive positions with Elizabethtown Water Company, E-town Corporation, American Water Works and the State of New Jersey.
Chapman also serves on the board for Lordstown Energy Center, a gas-fired power plant in eastern Ohio.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkley and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

William "Bill" Fontenot
He began his career with Cleco in April 1986, holding numerous executive leadership positions with increasing responsibilities, including chief executive officer of Cleco Power from February 2017 to January 2018, chief operating officer of Cleco Power from April 2016 to February 2017 and senior vice president of utility operations for Cleco Power from March 2012 to April 2016. During his 30 plus years in the energy industry, Fontenot has managed the development and restructuring efforts of generation projects valued at over $900 million, including Cleco Power’s $1 billion generating unit, Madison 3. He also has worked in marketing and helped develop Cleco's merchant power businesses.
Fontenot also serves on the boards of the Council for a Better Louisiana, Association of Edison Illuminating Companies, Southeastern Electric Exchange and the Central Louisiana Community Foundation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana State University.

Paraskevas “Paris” Fronimos
Fronimos is a senior principal on the Infrastructure & Renewable Resource Investments team of British Columbia Investment (BCI) where he works with the management teams of portfolio companies primarily in the energy and utility sectors in the Americas.
Prior to BCI, Paris worked at Nova Scotia Power, a Canadian power utility, as a fuels portfolio manager.
Fronimos has over 15 years of experience in the energy and utilities business and has worked on environmental and energy policy, developing greenfield energy projects, advising on transactions, and driving fleet and fuel supply optimization and commodity pricing and hedging.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mineral resources engineering from the Technical University of Crete and an MBA from the University of Alberta. Fronimos also is an Energy Risk Professional (ERP®) certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Richard "Rick" Gallot, Jr.
Prior to GSU, he was a representative for District 29 in the Louisiana State Senate where he served as vice chair of the Commerce Committee and member of the Agriculture, Forestry, Aquaculture and Rural Development Committee and Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Committee. Gallot previously served as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for District 11 where he was chair of the House and Governmental Affairs Committee and member of the Executive Committee.
Gallot also serves on the board of Origin Bancorp, Inc.
He holds a bachelor's degree from GSU and a J.D. degree from Southern University Law Center. Gallot has been a licensed Louisiana attorney since 1990.

David "Randy" Gilchrist
Gilchrist has served as president of Associated General Contractors, chair of Driving Louisiana Forward, chair of the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce and vice chair of Central Louisiana Economic Development Alliance. He also served on the boards of The Rapides Foundation and Rapides Healthcare System.

Gerald "Jerry" Hanrahan
Before joining John Hancock, Hanrahan worked for InterGen in their Boston and London offices where he coordinated financing activities on power projects in Turkey, Colombia and Egypt valued at $2.7 billion. Prior to this, he worked in the structured finance and financial advisory divisions of the Bank of Tokyo Capital Corporation in Boston.
Hanrahan has worked in finance within the power industry since 1990.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College.

Christopher Leslie
Leslie joined Macquarie in 1992 in Australia and has been instrumental in expanding Macquarie’s infrastructure business globally by starting Macquarie’s offices in Southeast Asia, India and North America.
He holds a bachelor's of commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.

Jon Perry
He has over 10 years of experience in the utility and energy sectors. Prior to BCI, Perry was manager of mergers and acquisitions at TransAlta, a leading Canadian independent power producer, and manager of regulatory and financial reporting at FortisAlberta, a regulated distribution utility. Prior to this, he held financial and investor relations positions in Canadian junior and mid-cap oil and gas companies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory sciences from the University of British Columbia. Perry also is a Chartered Accountant in the Province of Alberta and a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.

Aaron Rubin
Since joining MIRA, Rubin has been responsible for investment origination and execution and management of portfolio investments, served as the chief executive officer of the Moscow-based Macquarie Russia & CIS Infrastructure Fund and directed MIRA portfolio companies in the energy, transportation and communications sectors.
Prior to MIRA, Rubin was a vice president on JPMorgan's North American mergers and acquisitions team.
He holds a bachelor's of commerce degree and a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Queensland.

Steven Turner
Prior to joining BCI, Turner was an associate with Ventures West Management, a leading Canadian venture capital firm, and an associate equity analyst with Raymond James Ltd., a full service brokerage firm.
He has 16 years of experience in institutional investing.
Turner also serves on the board of Corix Infrastructure Inc., a privately-held wastewater and utility holding company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a former director of Macquarie Utilities Inc. and Aquarion Water Company, the parent companies to a suite of New England-based water utilities.
He holds a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of Victoria. Turner also is a registered professional engineer in the Province of British Columbia, a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder, and he has an ICD.D designation.

Bruce Wainer
Wainer's business affiliations include serving as a partner of Wainer Brothers, All State Financial Company and Circle West Trailer Park Company; president of Quality Properties Inc., Regent Lands Inc., Flowers Inc., Upside Down Cajun Brands Inc., Louisiana Properties Inc., Tamco Inc., Riverhill Inc., Metro Credit Services Inc. and Pan American Investors Inc.; and manager of Advance Mortgage Company, LLC.
Wainer is past chairman of the Northshore Business Council.
