  • What is the Cleco MyAccount Mobile App?

    The app is an account management software application designed for use on mobile devices.  Customers view and pay their bill online, view and compare usage, set up a daily usage alert, enroll in budget billing, report a power outage and much more by downloading the app on an Android or Apple device.
  • Can anyone download and use the Cleco MyAccount Mobile App?

    The app is for Cleco customers only.  If non-Cleco customers download the app, they will not be able to sign in due to the app’s security features.  All Cleco MyAccount Mobile App users must verify their identity before being granted access to the app’s features and content. Cleco customers will be asked for their Cleco account number, last four digits of their social security number, service zip code, email address and mobile phone number. 
  • Is there a fee to download the Cleco MyAccount Mobile App?

    No, the app is free to download.
  • What devices will the Cleco MyAccount Mobile App work on?

    The app is available for download on Android and Apple devices.  The app is not available for download on tablets. 
  • What if I already have a Cleco MyAccount? Will I have to register again if I download the Cleco MyAccount Mobile App?

    No, you do not have to register again.  If you already have a MyAccount username and password, all you have to do is download the app and sign in using the same username and password.
  • What if I don’t have a Cleco MyAccount and I want to use the new app?

    Go to the app store on your Android or Apple device and search for “Cleco.”  After you locate and download the app, click “Register” next to the “Don’t have a MyAccount” button and follow the step-by-step directions.  After you create an account you can start using the app.

    • Step One: Select customer type – residential or non-residential – then enter your customer account number, the last four digits of your social security number or tax ID number, and your service address zip code. To register for Cleco MyAccount, the last four digits of your social security number or TIN, must be on file in Cleco’s system.  If this information is not on your account, please contact our Call Center at (800) 622-6537 to provide it, and then register. 
    • Step Two: Create a username and password.
    • Step Three: Provide your contact information.  An email address and mobile phone number are required.
    • Step Four: Review and confirm your information and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, then click Submit.
    • Step Five: The MyAccount system will send you a Cleco Account Activation email to the email address you provided.  Click on the blue link in the email that reads “click here to activate your account” to complete the registration process and activate your account.  Don’t forget this final step because your account will not be activated until you click the activation link in the email.
  • Where is my customer account number?

    Your customer account number is located at the top right corner of your electric utility bill.
  • What is my service zip code?

    Your service address zip code is located with the service address at the top of your electric utility bill.
  • What if I have problems signing in or registering?

    If you cannot sign in or register after downloading the app, please contact our Call Center at (800) 622-6537.  Cleco customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  You also can visit a Cleco customer service office.
  • Can I use the Cleco MyAccount Mobile App anytime?

    The app is available 24/7.
