PINEVILLE, La. - Cleco Corporation (NYSE: CNL) announced today that it will release its second-quarter financial results on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, after the market closes.  Executive officers of the company will conduct a webcast and conference call with analysts to discuss the company's financial results on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, at 9 a.m. Central time (10 a.m. Eastern time).
