Cleco encourages Louisiana organizations to apply for grants and volunteer support in 2026
Cleco Power is committed to giving back to Louisiana communities through volunteer service and charitable giving.
Charitable organizations across Cleco’s 24-parish service territory are encouraged to apply for funds and request volunteers through the company’s online giving and volunteering portal at www.cleco.com/community.
“In 2025, Cleco supported over 600 organizations across Louisiana through corporate donations,” said Colie Plaster, communications representative at Cleco. “Our employees volunteered over 5,000 hours last year, and we are looking for more ways to serve this year.”
Cleco accepts donation and volunteer requests from Louisiana organizations whose mission aligns with one or more of the company’s giving priorities, including STEM programs, education, youth programs, health and wellness initiatives, low income and diversity.
