Cleco has been named a Top Utility in Economic Development for 2026 by Business Facilities magazine for supporting business growth and job creation across Louisiana.

Cleco continues to invest heavily in its electric system to support economic growth and deliver reliable service.  The company is currently investing in over 550 infrastructure improvement projects that will reduce power outages and improve reliability.  In 2025, Cleco kept the power on over 99.9% of the time and broke ground on one of the largest renewable energy projects in Louisiana.
