Crews and customer service representatives working 24/7   

With Winter Storm Fern expected to impact parts of Cleco’s service area, the company is prepared and has the resources to restore power to customers safely and effectively.

“This winter storm could potentially bring widespread power interruptions and damage to our equipment,” said Andre Guillory, chief customer officer. “We are prepared and our crews and customer service team will be fully staffed and working around the clock.”

In addition to all Cleco personnel, the company has secured 415 additional contractor resources, including line mechanics, tree trimmers and logistical support. Cleco crews and customer service team will be working 24 hours a day to respond to power outages and assist customers.
