8/31, 6 a.m. Update    

Cleco was able to restore power to 52 percent of customers affected by Hurricane Isaac and completed restoration in Acadia, Evangeline, LaSalle and St. Landry parishes on the first day of the recovery effort.  The work of 2,400 employees and contractors continues today in rainy conditions throughout central and southeastern Louisiana.
