Eligible upgrades for Cleco customers may include:
- LED lighting and controls
- Intelligent HVAC systems
- Automation systems
- Air quality monitoring
- Commercial kitchen equipment
Funding is limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

How it Works
1. Initiate
Identify a project. If you're not sure where to start, request assistance from the Power Wise team at www.cleco.com/EEupgrades
2. Apply
Sign a Letter of Intent to participate and email all required documents to [email protected]
3. Get Pre-Approved
Pre approval review takes place. A site visit may be required. Participants choose/pay their own contractors or they may use a Cleco-approved contractor.
4. Install and Get Paid
Complete your energy efficiency upgrades within 60 days of approval. Submit all post-project documents and receive available incentives. Funding is limited and incentived are capped at $35,000 per project on a first-come, first-served basis.
